EVENT DAY AT A GLANCE
Move
You'll arrive at our beautiful venue to enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres. This is a great opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs like yourself and shop from woman-owned vendors. We'll kick off our first session, MOVE.
Each year the style of movement for this section will be different! When was the last time you really tapped into your body, the power of your movement, the cadence of your hips?
This session will be focused on using movement for full feminine embodiment. No experience necessary!
Breathe
Take a deep, slow breath in. How does that feel? Our breath gives life, lowers anxiety, releases stress and we don't utilize its power often enough.
After taking a 15min integration break we'll begin
the BREATHE session, focused on teaching us how to use our breath for deeper connection and greater release.
Grow
It's time to talk money, purpose and business.
This session will take place during a delicious lunch and it will consist of a panel of industry leaders in the most important areas of business growth.
Following the panel there will be a Q&A session for you to receive the mentorship and support you and your business deserve.

WHO'S BEHIND #MBG?
With nearly 20 years in media and 19 years as a business owner, GiGi Diaz has gone through all the ups and downs of entrepreneurship and corporate life. After her own burnout experience while getting her Master’s degree she changed her personal and work life using her customized blueprint for Success With Less Stress®. This is what she now teaches her coaching clients.
GiGi is a Certified Life Coach, media personality, executive producer and host of the Chats with GiGi podcast, and multi-passionate entrepreneur. She’s the founder and CEO of Seizing Happy®; a coaching organization dedicated to nurturing the business and the woman behind the business equally.
GiGi began her career in media and journalism as a writer and graphic designer for print publications at the age of fifteen. Since them she has worked with and been featured on networks like iHeartRadio, Yahoo! Finance, Univision, Telemundo, NBC, and others. As an influencer she has worked with brands such as Mazda, Truist Bank, Xfinity, Prime Video, Topo Chico, and many more.
